We are looking for an Offshore Administrator to be the FPSO focal point for all administrative duties

Responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate with the OIM the movement of all crew and visitors to and from the Facility via helicopter and fixed wing in conjunction with onshore support.
  • Assist in administering the FPSO personnel payroll, timesheets and work expenses liaising with OIM and HR.
  • Liaise with Onshore Travel & Logistics Coordinators for correct details of flight movements, changes and relay this to OIM and affected personnel.
  • Coordinate the FPSO stationery orders and manage the issuing of / record the use of the Facility stationery and a minimum stock inventory.
  • Assist OIM and HODs with the management and control of the facility hardcopy CBTA for all departments on the Facility, in confidential filing system.
  • Coordinate and deliver in consultation with the Training Department, training schedules for personnel onboard for facility information and roster changes.
  • Assist with and manage raw data operational input as required for FMT monitoring purpose.
  • Carry out any other administrative activity within skill set as deemed appropriate by the OIM.

Position requirements are:

  • Fluent in English
  • Application Software proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
  • Previous experience with administrative / HR duties and personnel management roles will be an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
