We are looking for an Offshore Administrator to be the FPSO focal point for all administrative duties
Responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate with the OIM the movement of all crew and visitors to and from the Facility via helicopter and fixed wing in conjunction with onshore support.
- Assist in administering the FPSO personnel payroll, timesheets and work expenses liaising with OIM and HR.
- Liaise with Onshore Travel & Logistics Coordinators for correct details of flight movements, changes and relay this to OIM and affected personnel.
- Coordinate the FPSO stationery orders and manage the issuing of / record the use of the Facility stationery and a minimum stock inventory.
- Assist OIM and HODs with the management and control of the facility hardcopy CBTA for all departments on the Facility, in confidential filing system.
- Coordinate and deliver in consultation with the Training Department, training schedules for personnel onboard for facility information and roster changes.
- Assist with and manage raw data operational input as required for FMT monitoring purpose.
- Carry out any other administrative activity within skill set as deemed appropriate by the OIM.
Position requirements are:
- Fluent in English
- Application Software proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
- Previous experience with administrative / HR duties and personnel management roles will be an asset.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
