Main Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the OIM the movement of all crew and visitors to and from the Facility via helicopter or surfer and fixed wing in conjunction with onshore support.

- Assist with the distribution of pay slips, issue timesheets for FPSO staff, in collaboration with the OIM and the HR department, and perform any other tasks related to HR.

- Assist OIM and HODs with the management and control of the facility hardcopy Computer Based Training Assessment (CBTA) for all departments in a confidential filling system.

- Coordinate the allocation and management of rooms for all personnel and visitors on board the FPSO.

- Assist with and manage raw data operational input as required for Facility Management Team (FMT) monitoring purpose.

- Coordinate the administrative part of safety drills on board FPSO.

- Carry out any other administrative task within skill set as deemed appropriate by the OIM.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Administration minimum or any other similar field.
- Experience: At least six (06) months of prior experience in HR and/or administrative duties and personnel management roles.
- Language: French and English
- Software: MS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
